The Different Types of Yoga

This variant is perfect if what we are looking for with Yoga is to get in shape.

Like Vinyasa, there is a very intense work of the muscles, since the different asanas are linked to each other and are performed with a specific rhythm and breathing. or Acrobatic Yoga. It is usually practiced in pairs and is the result of a union between Yoga and acrobatics. Flexibility, muscular strength, and, above all, confidence in the person you work with is worked on since this type of Yoga is a matter of two.
this type of Yoga results from combining Hatha or Vinyasa’s classic work with a surfboard. It is practiced on water, and the instability created by the aquatic environment forces us to work much more on our body control and our middle zone, in charge of stabilizing posture.
